Exchanges and Returns
At Zylon, earning your trust is an essential part of our mission. To provide the best service, we have developed an exclusive exchange and return policy just for you!
You can request an exchange or return by email only within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we will respond within 72 business hours.
Once we receive your return request, we will ask a few questions to the customer wishing to return the product. Only the buyer can contact our team; we do not accept third-party requests.
The first exchange or return is free, and we cover the shipping costs (via registered mail). If you decide to return more products from the same purchase later, a fixed fee of US$35 per return will be charged, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Loss of Refund Rights
You will lose the right to a refund if:
- You do not notify us of the return within 30 calendar days after receiving the product, according to our policy.
- You provide incorrect information. Any attempt at fraud will result in the cancellation of the refund.
Exchanges
All exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery, according to the package tracking. Products must be returned within the validity period of the return label.
Zylon reserves the right to reject exchange requests for products that do not meet these requirements or are sent after the stipulated period.
Exchange Process Within 7 Days After Receipt
You can request an exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving the products. All requests must be made by email.
Zylon may reject exchanges of products damaged due to misuse or those requested/shipped outside the allowed period.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation and return refer to refund requests. For purchases made through remote methods (phone or internet), cancellation can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code. After this period, the cancellation/return option will be automatically deactivated on the site.
We have a period of 30 calendar days to resolve any issues. After 7 calendar days from the return request, exchanges will only be processed according to the procedures mentioned above.
Once the returned product arrives at our headquarters, our finance department will initiate the refund process, which may take up to 60 business days, depending on our internal procedures.
